My Sky Business box is saying it has no Internet connection

My Sky Business box is connected to the BT roughter but saying it has no Internet connection so i can not use SKY Sports +

Apart from the channel itself, there is no Sky Sports+ service on a Sky+ box so can you confirm what TV service from Sky you have ?

I have a pub so its a business box and to gey Sky Sports+ Games on the red button you need the internet

The red button function changed this season. If you have a Sky+HD Box you can no longer get the additional games.
