My Q Box shows it is recording a programme, but I cannot access it to view it.

The menu says the recording started at 09:00. 

On the Scheduled Recordings page the programme is listed, but when I try to access the recording nothing happens.

My other recorded programmes appear to be ok to view.

Because the scheduled date and time has now lapsed, I can't investigate this further, but I would be interested to know if you have any previuos experience of this issue.
