Waited in all afternoon for an engineer to attend a fault with one of our Sky boxes. No Show.

On contacting Sky they seem to be more focused on my personal details than resolving the problem.  Tried to escalate the issue however, that has proved to be almost impossible.  Suggestions?

@Carl+W4  Sky no longere send engineers for Sky+.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Sky no longer service any Sky+ related issues. Unless you arranged the engineer before this policy came into force (21/11/23), you will need to employ a local satellite engineer unless you have Sky Protect cover from Domestic and General.
