All4 issues

Hi all! We have noticed that our All4 app is not working... we have contacted our broadband provider about this and they aren't seeing an issue. When clicking on all4 we have an error message appear which is 2010-ANON-TOKEN. 

have tried switching off and on and refreshing the app for the past few months but still nothing....

There is no All4 App on Q.

Are you referring to Ch 4 Catch up?
