I have thed same issue.
I can get as far as the program but when I hit play all that happens it I get the spinning circle.
I have powered cycled the Sky Q box but this made no difference at all.
Other Apps work.

Yep, I'm having the same issue today...choose a programme and then just get the loading circle. Have rebooted and it didn't work

Hi All,
I rang Sky yesterday and this apparently is a know issue that they are currently working on. There is no fix time yet.
So we will just have to wait it out.
At least my Smart TV can still plat the programs as well as my PC and Phone. I know that Glass customers may not have the Smart TV option unfortunatly (glad I did not go down that road).

I'm having the same issue, it takes me to the blue screen tells me we are all good then flips me back to the sign in page. When you sign in it takes you back to the same screen.
I've tried rebooting and that doesn't work either.

Yep my P+ on Sky Q has been like this ever since I signed up to Sky Movies about a year ago. You get into a programme and it just locks up. I tried everything but just gave up and basically don't use it anymore. Glad Sky are finally sorting a fix.

Sorry to hear this. Unfortunatly they seem to br draging thneir heals on fixing this.
I tried it again tonight and still does not work.
It woild be really nice if Sky would coment.

Yes, It would seem to me that the working of the P+ app somehow overheats the Sky Q box and that's what the problem is. Goodness only knows how that can happen with all the multitude of apps that work fine.

I have had this problem for weeks now and have spent a long time working with a Sky expert but no joy and they are blaming my ISP.
Anyone else having similar issues?

My issue which has now been resolved.
Sky replaced my Q box which made no diferance.
I raised a ticket directly with Parampunr + who also said there was no problem as far as they could find, yet after this it all worked again.

I'm having the exact same issue and I'm with Sky for broadband so definitely not an ISP problem.
They have been of no help in resolving the issue. I've reset everything and still no joy...
Disappointing that it is only on Sky Glass that is not working.

I can olny recoment raising the issue directly with Paramount Plus. I think if I rember correctly you need to do via their website initially.
Maybe if you all do this they may sort it. As I already mentioned it only started to work after I raised the issue with them.
