Multiscreen added but didn't want. How to cancel?

I had a call with a sky guy today as it was apartley the end of my contact, fine.. but with the accent and being a bit tired, but mostly from the guy on the phone, I've had Multiscreen added to my Sky TV subscription (as from today) with a second box being sent out later.

 

I do not want Sky Multiscreen as I only have 1 TV to watch Sky on, no reason for any more and I really don't want to pay X amount a month for something I cannot and will not use. The guy on the phone seamed to be saying it was part of the package but it appears from the confirming e-mail that it isn't but an add-on i'm paying more for. As sky have no e-mail address for contact and a half-programmed crap vitural assitance which never understands what I tell it, How can I cancel this before it's starting. It says I have a 31 cooling off period, so I should be able to cancel it before it starts, but they don't tell me HOW to contact them. the website just keeps taking me to a page which says I can manage my  home-set up which i says includes multiscreen, but then takes me to a page which is only advertising Sky glass.

To remove Multiscreen and cancel delivery of a mini box you need to call Sky asap to discuss.


You can call Sky free by dialling 150 from a Sky Talk landline or a Sky Mobile, alternatively you can use:
https://www.sky.com/help/home
UK customers: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number.
ROI customers: change the flag in the bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a dedicated ROI number.
(The forum doesn’t allow us to type the numbers in full).

You will find that similar to calling other large companies the start will be automated which may also try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and don’t hang up. If necessary say nothing when the automated system asks you what your call is about as it should then route your call into a queue for the next available agent.

thanks. after going around in circles a bit, I was able to get in contact with someone via the online chat and it should be sorted out now
