Re-Subscribed to Sky Q but box keeps forgetting Broadband Password??

Hi Everyone,

Recently left and re-joined Sky Q. I'm on Virgin Media 1GIG fibre broadband exactly the same router.

Since re-joining sky  the Q box, everytime I switch it off and back on, forgets the broadband password and says I cannot connect to your broand. Press WPS button and it connects just fine. Then repeats the next day - anyone have any idea?

I have done re-sets and re-installs ect Also this Q box keeps showing some unusual colours and lines on  the screen whcih are totally random!

I love Sky Q but need the internet issue fixed.
