Multiroom box delivery

I've added multiroom today via the app. I've had an email to say that I've changed my account. 

I've not had any email about having another box sent out though. 

I've called and I was told that it usually takes 3-5 days for it to come. The advisor did say it was a bit odd that he couldn't see the box on my order. 

When I log into my account it says I have no orders. When I joined sky the box and broadband showed as orders in the my account section. 

Should the multi room box show there or does it just turn up?

Hi @Craig4642 

Adding Sky Q Multiroom ( Q Multiscreen)  doesn't necessarily mean that you have also ordered a mini box.

Minis must be specified as there is normally a one off upfront payment to rent a mini..

I questioned the charge and the person said that if I had another then the 2nd multiroom box carried a £50 charge but the 1st (as in my order) has no charge

Hi @Craig4642 

Suggest you go back to Sky and doublecheck that a Mini was definitively included with your Q Multiscreen order
