Hi my remote on my Sky Q has given up.
Tried all the usual things, batteries, re-setting etc but still no luck.
It's probably been dropped by my children so I definately think its broken.
I've tried to order one online through Sky, I get an acknowlegment but then after about
ten minutes I get a text message saying unfortunately my order cannot be processed and
that I should phone Sky. I then phone Sky and after telling the automated response that I need a new remote it directs me to order one on line so I'm literally going round in circles!!!
The thing is I have already had a replacement remote for one one of my Sky Q mini boxes some time ago, surely it can't be because of that? I've got 4 mini boxes in various rooms so I don't think I'm being unreasable in wanting another remote.. Any one help please??

That's the form I've used... I get an acknowledgement to say a remote is on its way but then I get another text afterwards saying sorry my order cannot be processed and to ring up...when I ring it says order one online so I'm going round in a circle...driving me insane
