Multi room

Multi room not switching on. Remote works and red light is showing on the box. Have tried switching off at mains.

Hi @RD251   If it doesn't turn on, how do you know that the remote works and still has its pairing intact. I would try resetting your remote by holding down 4 & 6 until the LED flashes 4 times. The remote must then see the box (line of sight). Note, the box light should be amber, not red.

I know the remote is working as the volume goes up and down and I can change the aux setting but it's not switching the box on.

Hi @RD251  The volume control is separate to the Sky Q pairing. It is basically just controlling your TV (or audio system) volume, not the Sky Q box.

Hi @RD251   You can turn on Bluetooth (hidden box) again by re-pairing everything, box and TV by holding down 1 & 3 and following the on screen instructions.
