Multi screen not working, have reset it, reset the actual sky box, the network connection. When i turn the unit back on it gives the usual blue screen to press house wheb screen goes blank, i do that abd nothing... black screen and red light on unit

Hi @Deemw17
Have you tried pressing the Standby button (Amber led) on the front of the mini box.
If this turns the mini box on
Try completly resetting your mini Bluetooth remote.
Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the Q box and press 1 & 3 together until the led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair.
