Our mini box keeps "freezing" the image for about 2 seconds and then catching up. This happens on any programme (live or recorded) and occurs every couple of minutes. We have re-set the box several times to no avail. The main Sky box works fine.
I would perhaps try rebooting the main box first, then when that's up and running again do the mini box.
