- got a WiFi booster which now shows that we have a good service in the bedroom where the multi room box is

Hi @Battymel26
Assume the WiFi booster you have is not a Sky Q Booster?

Hi there - no - just a talk talk WiFi booster. Can you get a sky one - and would it help do you think?

Hi @Battymel26
Afraid Q mini boxes using WiFi will not connect reliably to 3rd Party access points. They need the Sky Q mesh which is generated by Q devices.
ie A Sky router, MainQ box or another mini. They will also connect to Sky Q boosters which should be positioned midway between the main Q box and the mini. The mini can connect to the booster by WPS. The booster is first connected to the main Q box by WPS.

Sky should provide one to aid connectivity issues @Battymel26
