One of my multi room boxes is not connecting. The other one in my bedroom works fine but the one in my kitchen will not connect. We recently swapped broadband to ee, because of a price increase and it would not reach upstairs, in a terrace house. I've tried the obvious of unplugging. I've gone to network settings, done as it says but I can't get past page 2 of 4. I've tried to ring several numbers and only been on to robots who are at best useless. Technical support used to talk you through things like this. I hope this not the future we have to look forward to.
