Muffled sound on Sky Channels

Sound very muffled on Sky Atlantic, Witness, Movies amongst others. Ok on +1, BBC, ITV etc ok so it's just the Sky channels. 

Tried unplugging and leaving for a minute several times but to no avail. Any solution would be appreciated.

What are you listening via - A Tv, Sound bar or AV receiver etc ?

What setting is in :

Home - Settings - Setup - Audio Visual
Digital audio output HDMI

If it is DD what does it sound like if you set to Normal ?

It was on DD+ I've changed it to Normal and the sound seems corrected now. Thankyou!

hi @CliveStringer 

It seems that your audio equipment may have difficulty with the Centre channel with 5.1 sound - leaving it on Normal uses 2.0 ( just left & right hand channels) 

Glad setting it Normal works for you 🙂
