Same , I had Paramount Plus working fine. Decided to upgrade to without adds for £3 a month , worked fine for about four months now i cannot get on . There no help on the phone had engineers sent out telling me it was box . I knew it wasn't but they came , they knew what the issue was but getting sky to understand was a different matter . Phoned up again and was put through to 8 different operators who were bejond useless who kept transferring me . Still no Oaramount and it's been over a month . Will be cancelling soon if they don't sort it out.
