Mr104 still issue no mini box working

Since the sky mini outage over the weekend I still can not get the mini box to work. Tried updating, rebooting everything. Sky q box was dropping signal on and off but is ok if I  switch sky q mini off. As soon as I switch the mini box on the sky q looses connection. I work till 7 pm most night so not able to call help desk this is night 3 of completely waisting my time. It was working perfect for years before the outage this weekend.
