Moving
We are changing rooms and we need our sky box moved into another room in the house and plugged into the wall properly

Re: Moving
If you mean you want to have the outside cables that attach to your satellite dish moved and to enter the house at another point you need to call Sky to arrange this. Sky charge about £65 for this service. Alternatively you could get a quote from a local installer.

Re: Moving
@Josh231
** see my slightly edited post above*
If you need to call Sky then if you already have a Sky Mobile or a Sky Talk landline call free by dialling 150, otherwise you can use:
https://www.sky.com/help/home
UK: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number.
ROI: change the flag in the bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0818 number.
(The forum doesn’t allow us to type the numbers in full).
Similar to calling a lot of large companies the start will be an automated response which may try to send you back to the forum.

Re: Moving
@Josh231 You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.
If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.
Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.
