Recently, BT installed Fibre to my property and moved the Hub downstairs. Everything was working fine. The when I turned to TNT Sport (previously BT Sport), I had no service. As you do, I called BT and explained my predicament. They sent me a Ptp-link, one for upstairs and one for downstairs. Sky Q is not an issue as I can view all channels; but when it comes to my mini-box states that I no satellite signal. When I go to Settings / Status it shows that both Connection to Sky Q Box is ticked and mt Network Connection is also ticked.
I have gone through Reactivating / Network setup again; diconnected my Minibox and went through the process again and I still have the same issue.
I spoke to BT and they stated that I should speak to Sky to get a special connector - does anybody know what this means?
Any other suggestions?
