Moving house - wrong address
We are moving house soon and have booked in an engineer through the Sky app with the dates etc. After checking on "My orders" on the app, it shows the engineer is booked in to come to our old address, not the one we are moving to.
Does the engineer need to come to our old address or is this a mistake?

Re: Moving house - wrong address
For a house move, the engineer would only attend the new address, not the old one.
Assume you have done this through a house move and tracking it there
https://www.sky.com/moving-home
The tracking should show a form of contact, so, would suggest calling for this issue with your address the engineer will visit.

Re: Moving house - wrong address
We're having the same here. Moving on the 16th, the engineer is due to visit, you guessed it, the current address, on the 19th. Can't find anywhere to talk to someone regarding this.

Re: Moving house - wrong address
Mine was actually correct after all. But it did look incorrect on the app. So as long as you have put the correct address in when arranging the engineer you should be fine.
