I have upgraded to sky cinema and it is not working.

I have upgraded to sky cinema and it is not working. I am being billed for it. Can't seem to contact a human!

Initially in May 2024 but I was never charged for it so wasn't concerned that it didn't work. Contacted sky last week via live chat and it sould have been set up after that. It appears in my products and in my next bill but it is not working - tells me that I need to upgrade to view content.
