Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreYou should be able to do this as part of your Home Move process. Part of the standard process involves a re-contract, so you can gain on discounts as well as opting to change your products around if you want to.
For Home Move, you need at least 2 weeks notice before your moving date, but you should be able to schedule things for on or very close to the move date itself.
Talk about this with the advisor, you should be able to end up with exactly the package/products you want.

Who do I contact as tried chat last night and heard nothing. I have been with sky for 30 years and feel it's very hard to get anything through that automated chat rubbish. Would have thought by now they would have a proper chat facility

It might be better today, or you might find it easier to get through on the phone.

Does it not cost a fortune to phone? I also prefer chat as you have everything that is said in writing to go back to 🤯

If you need to call Sky then if you already have a Sky Mobile or a Sky Talk landline call free by just dialling 150, otherwise you can use:
https://www.sky.com/help/home
UK: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number.
ROI: change the flag in the bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0818 number.
(The forum doesn’t allow us to type the numbers in full).
03 numbers are normally inclusive on most mobile tariffs.
