Hi I am moving home and have gone through the online link put in the postcode they say it's available and then say cannot help you move at this time.. has anyone had this before? I presume a call to customer services is required?

Yeah if you give Customer Service a call they will be able to sort everything out over the phone for you, they will give you a day, and an option of and AM or PM slot.
