It shows as MR104. It directed me to go to settings > status. It then said Sky Q mini box not connected to Sky Q. . I have twice confirmed I wanted to reactive but once it restarts I still have no connection and get the same message. 2nd sky box also not working . Any ideas? Thank you

Do you have sky broadband ?
Multi room q box showing error MR104 means your mini box might be a bit too far from the main box to get a reliable signal from it.
Try going to Settings, then Setup - Network - Reset, and at step 2 of 4 on screen, press the WPS button on the front of the main box or the sky broadband router (if you have sky broadband)
