Hello, I'm trying to organise getting my sky transferred to my new house. When I'm clicking on the option it's saying I need to be the primary holder. I am the services are in my name. Can anyone advise please

If you can then all you can do is to call Sky so they can helo you with this:
150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
