Movies buffering.

I left Sk6 because of movies constantly buffering. When I came back I opted for 500 mbps download speed so I should not encounter the same problem. However for the past couple of weeks I have not been able to watch a movie without it buffering sometimes for a good few minutes. Sick of it. Router looks fine, I always suspected I had issues with the Sky Q top box as I always needed ethernet cable to connect it after it reset.

Yeh, we have realised this. It is Disney+ that seems to be buffering a lot. We have been trying a few sky movies tonight with no apparent issue, it only happened on Disney. The router is testing good with 503 download speeds so I thought this would allow better streaming.

Re: Movies buffering.

Is this on apps like Netflix/Disney+ etc? The Sky Cinema channels are delievered over satellite, and On Demand movies from Sky are downloaded rather than streamed so don't buffer.
