Moved house and want to access my own subscription to Netflix. Which I'm paying for as a package through sky.
I was previously sharing with my son and we don't seem able to log out of his subscription so that I can use my own?
we have tried all the advice. I have a bang and olufson tv . Not a smart tv.
all my other apps work ok.

If on SKY Q then
Tab left to activate the Side menu , then scroll down to line at the bottom that Starts with Notifications & tab right to "Get Help" & select - you should now get a menu list with "Sign Out" at the Bottom
