Hi,
We are having issues with out channels. Majority of our channels won't work and is saying there is an issue with satellite. We have unplugged and switched off etc but the issue still hasn't been resolved.

If it displays no satellite signal take a look at the troubleshooting here

It may then give you the opportunity to arrange an engineer to check the alignment of your dish. Just to make you aware, if you’re on a communal dish system in the UK you’ll have to contact your landlord or building management company rather than Sky.
