Morning

I want to report an problem that I'm having with my Syk Q box .

when I'm watching the tv it keeps off and on and off I don't know why.

I've escalated this. You should get a chat invite bubble once Sky pick it up.

 

phone number is in the My Sky app / Help / scroll to the bottom.

 

p.s. It's probably a dodgy hdmi cable.
