I moved house over a year ago and I have just come across my old sky box and old sky hub.

i was charged for not returning the items. If I return them now that I have found them. Will I be eligible for a refund?

Quite possibly. Get proof of posting from the Post Office and keep it safe and indefinitely. Returns are currently taking 2+ weeks to be processed.
