More tv reception issues

I am tired of calling you and wasting my valuable time going through attempting to fix my reception of sky tv. My sky Q either doesn't connect or it drops out whilst I am watching tv. You have replaced the mini box and we have gone through the process of getting the boxes aligned too many times. When I come home from work the last thing I need is to restart it every time I want to watch TV. Please fix this problem asap and let me know when complete. I will not be wasting any more time on the phone trying to get this sorted.

@Frustrates Afraid you are not contacting Sky's customer services on here, this is a customer to customer forum where customers help each other.

I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer

@Frustrates  If your signal drops out (whatever it means as it doesn't tell the forum anything meaningful) it can't be fixed remotely either.  You'll need to call Sky to sort this out.  It won't happen automatically.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
