Missing sky HD channels on sky q

This is the second time now all of my sky provided HD channels have reverted back to normal definition 

 

Im missing news HD - gold HD - showcase HD all the way down to entire list

 

However I still have all of the free to view HD channels and the cinema HD channels

 

I have rebooted the box, updated the software, done the card call back

 

im out of ideas to be honest - the sky q system constantly drops internet connection and is glitchy as anything - wish I have never upgraded

 

can someone please help?

@xmas So are you saying that all your subscription HD channels are now showing SD ie 106,107,108 etc are showing as SD ?

If so what happens if you look at channel 806,807,808 etc are they the HD channels and more importantly can you watch them
