Missing channels on sky essential package

I downgraded my package to sky essentials and appear to be missing sky Atlantic , Discovery + and Netflix which should be included, any ideas why these aren't present in my channel list?

Unfortunately the £15 product on Sky Q isn't the new 'Essential TV' (Atlantic / Netflix / Discovery+) : it's the long-established 'TV Essentials' which is Free To Air satellite channels without any bundled apps.

Essential TV (announced in December 2024) is an internet-only package available on Sky Glass and Sky Stream: that's how it's so cheap.

The ridiculous choice of names by Sky has confused everyone, including numerous websites and particularly AI generated responses which can't tell the difference.
