Missing channels on Sky Q

For the past few days a number of channels have been unavailable via Sky Q these include channel 4 HD , commedy central HD, BBC 3 & BBC 4. The error message reports a problem with satellite signal. I have tried different resets but em with no improvement. Any advice most welcome please.

If it displays no satellite signal take a look at the troubleshooting here

It may then give you the opportunity to arrange an engineer to check the alignment of your dish. Just to make you aware, if you’re on a communal dish system in the UK you’ll have to contact your landlord or building management company rather than Sky.
