It shouldn't, but little bugs do happen.
First step is a power reset, unplug Q from the mains for a good 10 minutes before plugging back in, it solves many of these blips.
If that doesn't work, come back and we will look at an app refresh next (or just search the community for instructions), but do the power down first.
