Missing HD channels

All my HD channels have gone also cannot watch programs ive recorded in HD tell me to upgrade to watch even tho I'm already upgraded and when I do press red button to upgrade I get you've already added this channel 

but also showing error code:DSU_508

@Big+toe74 Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions

if you have then 

You could try refreshing your viewing card by pressing home > settings > system info > viewing card number > setup > viewing card setup press select to trigger a callback don't worry nothing to do with your phone its only Sky's terminology this will be done over the internet

I've done the reset few times just trying the viewing card one now

No this didn't work either 🤷‍♂️ already spent 3hrs on hold to sky only to be told at 9pm sorry we are now closed try again tomorrow 🙈
