Miss ruari brockie

Do I need a broadband cable to use your services I never got 1 with the equipment I used my old one but its snapped

To watch live TV on Sky Q you do not need a broadband connection to the box but to watch catchup/boxsets and apps like Amazon and Netflix you do need an internet connection to the Sky Q box.

Dobi need it for my broadband as never got one from sky I used mybold one

@Lennon1321  You keep creating new threads asking the same thing, please can you stick to the one thread?  All your other duplicate threads have been removed as they are not needed.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

We can't answer that as we don't know you setup but if you do and it is an ethernet cable that you need then you can purchase one of these from many online and high street shops.
