I've had Miniboxes for years. Occasionally this drop out but usually reconnect easily. Today they won't.
I've gone to the main Sky Q Box and gone through settings, which say I do't have the required subscription for MiniBoxes!
This is obviously total rubbish. I've had it for years and they all worked perfectly last night but now none of them will.
I used to be able to ring Sky and they were always very helpful and always solved a problem there and then. I'm horrified that you now have to go to an online forum and can't actually speak to Sky, which is pretty much like everything else these days. Nobody wants calls any more!
Can anyone help please? Surely it should be Sky themselves who help as I pay them a fortune per month for my Q Box and 3 Miniboxes and various packages!

Hi and many thanks for your reply.
I had the thought that I would try rebooting the Sky Q Box itself rather than the miniboxes and it worked!
So the problem is sorted now and all working properly.
I don't like the idea that you can't speak to a Sky techie anymore though; they were excellent and always sorted problems out over the phone and didn't go until it was sorted.
I really do think a company like Sky should have a way of being contacted by their customers...
