Buffering issues with apps
Any ideas how to stop the contant buffering when using apps like amazon prime and netflix. ??

hi @Justplumb
Normally it is solely dependent on how well your Q box is connected to your WiFi and what Broadband speed the Q box is receiving.
Open your Netflix on your Q box and go to the left hand Netflix menu. Scroll down and select Get help.
On the next screen there is an option to check the broadband speed your Q box is receiving.
