Mini sky q box not working
I'm being
told I can't watch TV at the moment as there is a connectivity problem
I've checked in settings and it says it's connected to the sky Q box and I'm connected to the internet the sky in working in the other room

@Emma255 Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions
then
reboot the mini box
I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer

The internet light is off and the voice light is also off I have been without internet for more than 12 hours
