Usually happens overnight, but has frozen mid day as well. Unresponsive with red recording and green lights on, only power reset fixes for a day or so.
Orginally sky tv was playing up too. It was going to a black screen ( only changing if we changed the channel and back again), taking ages to complete this command.
I read some posts with sky employees suggestions for fixs went through them all. The final one was replace the box. So I completed the forms and replaced my box loosing all my recordings,
This fixed the live tv problems but the new box is having the same issue of freezing in record mode over night and blocking the recordings on the box and new ones from working. Again only being fixed by rebooting the power.
