All of my mini boxes are stuck on this screen any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sky have suggested the following...
- Unpair their Sky Q remote from the box by holding 4&6
- Wait for the remote to flash
- Then dismiss the information screen "Skip & set up later"
- Hold 1&3 to repair the remote control
If 4&6 does not allow you to clear the information screen, try holding 7&9 to reset the Sky Q remote then hold 1&3 and follow the on-screen setup journey to allow the remote to control the TV.

I do not like your business practice if I have to connect to the community for a situation that is to do with my paid for Sky box to connect to my TV not a person.

No I will not do that.I demand that youse d an engineer to fix it.

Making demands on here is pointless. This is predominantly a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to help other customers. You aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services by posting here.
If you're seeing the issue the original post had just follow the steps in the post marked as the answer. Sky won't send an engineer.
