Hi All, I have consistently had mini box issues over the last few years. On a daily basis the screen appears with a technical fault issue or connectivity issue.
I've had around 6 sky engineers come to fix the issue, which sometimes has been ok for a few weeks but then goes back to the same issue.
I constantly try all the resetting options (reconnecting to the main box and resetting the WIFI etc etc,) which sometimes works but the issue comes back again....urrrhh!
I have 1 mini box in the kitchen and 2 mini boxes upstairs, they all have issues on a regular basis. I'd be so grateful if anyone can shed any light or help to resolve please!!
