Sky q remote controls to but not volume I have an onto receiver

Can't control volume from my remote but everything else works. Have tried resetting everything as suggested

I presume that's Oppo instead of Onto?

 

The remote codes are primarily to control TV's.  Then ensure CEC is enabled (HDMI) between the amp and TV and when configured correctly then changing the TV volume will actually change the amp.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

It's an onkyo receiver but sky q remote no longer can control the volume
