Mini box

One of my sky mini boxes seems to shut it self down randomly and I have to do a power off and reboot at least once a week any tips to rectify this as I have another 2 mini boxes and they are fine tia.

Perhaps swap the one that's possibly faulty with one of the others and see how it reacts?

Hi @bobsuthe 

Have you tried a Factory reset on the problem mini in it's hidden menu.?

To enter hidden menu in the mini press Home and navigate down to Settings but do not select Settings.
With Settings highlighted press 0 0 1 Select.

Go to reset and select Factory reset
After the Reset you will have to re pair your mini Bluetooth remote If you use one.
If you cannot switch the mini box on with the remote after the Reset press the Standby button (Amber led) on the front of the mini box.
To re pair the remote press 1 & 3 together on the remote and follow onscreen instructions to re pair.

Make sure that you are pointing the remote at the mini box when you press 1 & 3 together.
