As there is an order in progess you can't do it online you might be able to call sky and get them to do it, or they might tell you to wait until the order has been fufilled and then do it online.
You only pay 1 x £15 per month for multiscreen regardless of how many mini boxes you have.
Mini boxes are £50 upfront unless they give you a discount when you call up.
