Mini box won't connect

My Q mini box (in the bedroom) won't connect to my router - it tells me that it IS connected (both on the mini box itself AND the main box, downstairs) but when I try to view what's on it - it tells me "unable to connect to network"

I spent an hour last night trying to fix it and got absolutely nowhere - I am disabled and unable to continually go upstairs and downstairs to push buttons etc

This is not very easy to understand

Please help

....

this morning - it appears to have fixed itself

What is the normal procedure - if this happens again ?
