Unable to download

Since last night I have been getting the message unable to download please try later with all sky programmes

Have you tried a reboot of your Sky Q box at the mains, leave it off for 30 seconds before powering it up again.

We've been having the same problem since Friday. We've tried everything suggested and to no avail.  Sky chatbot was about as much use as a chocolate teapot.

Unable to download due to technical issues

Since the service issue with sky last week,  we have been unable to download with a message saying due to technical issues, please try later.  However we can record and stream off sky.

putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions


I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer

Having the same issue. One programme i downloaded before issue now cannot be deleted. If I want to watch next episode I have to watch through channel 4 app and cannot be downloaded on sky
