Mini box saying programmes unavailable

Mini box saying programmes unavailable. Rebooted main and mini still same issue. Says everything connected and have fully subscription

Hi @CP7205 Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on, then do the same with the Mini box?

Already done all that and it didn't work then or now when I've done it again. Also Chanel's on sky go are hit and miss
