I have an Apple one subscription but when I try to load I get a greyed out screen with my log in name in the corner. This problem has occurred for last three weeks since I updated my subscription. Very frustrating.

Finally loaded this morning, third attempt. I still don't know what the problem is. Other apps like Netflix load ok.
